How Clark County State Lawmakers Voted on Tax Increases in 2025
Our state legislators in Clark County began legislative session Monday, January 12th, and there has already been a flurry of discussion on the need for tax increases and even new taxes such as an income tax which has been proposed and endorsed by Governor Ferguson. This comes on the heels of the largest tax increase in state history which was passed by the legislature last year.
Future 42 Clark County has published a scorecard highlighting the voting records of all 24 members of our state legislative delegation on key tax increases which were just passed nine months ago and signed into law by Gov. Ferguson. Take a look at the scorecard and see how your legislators voted.
We’d like to thank the members of the Clark County state legislative delegation who voted against the record $12 billion in tax increases.
