2025 Everett City Council Scorecard

Future 42 Snohomish County is a local county project dedicated to advocating for key issues such as public safety, housing affordability, and tax relief. We are a grassroots effort mobilizing Snohomish County citizens to make their voices heard at the local level. We have recently completed our second annual set of local scorecards which highlight key votes taken by Councilmembers in 2025. Here is our recently published scorecard for the Everett City Council:

What were some of the key Everett City Council votes in 2025?

A – Resolution rebuking the decision of a private grocery store to close due to public safety concerns (F42 opposed).

B – Approval of a once-per-decade comprehensive plan update to bring city policy into compliance with state law (F42 supported).

C – Approval of updates to the noise control ordinance to enhance quality of life (F42 supported).

D – Approval of “no sit no lie” ordinance extension (F42 supported).

E – Approval of 2026 budget with reduced spending (F42 supported).
